MatchWorks provides a range of employment and related services to people looking for work and businesses looking for staff across regional Victoria and in the west and north of Melbourne. While MatchWorks offers a professional service to all people looking for work, we are also a specialist provider of employment services to people with a disability, providing individualised job matching with ongoing specialised employment support for people with disabilities. MatchWorks is a Job Services Australia and Disability Employment Services provider, providing services on behalf of the Federal Government and the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations.

MatchWorks is a not-for-profit organisation and believes the difference between MatchWorks and standard service is our willingness to go the extra mile. MatchWorks has a genuine commitment to supporting people and supporting the community in which it operates. MatchWorks commenced in 1998 in Geelong and west Melbourne with eight staff, providing services to around 1500 people looking for work.

Today, MatchWorks is Victoria’s largest employment services provider with 23 offices throughout the state. In the 2010/2011 financial year, MatchWorks supported over 20,000 people looking for work. MatchWorks is a division of Karingal, a community organisation working to improve the lives of people with a disability and those who are disadvantaged. Karingal has been providing services for over 60 years.
